- 🥔 Potatoes – diced
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
- 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🍞 Bread – for serving (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, bell peppers, and spices. Mix well.
- 🥘 Add water and simmer until the vegetables are cooked through. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with bread.
