Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – diced
  • 🧅 Onions – chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 🍞 Bread – for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes, bell peppers, and spices. Mix well.
  • 🥘 Add water and simmer until the vegetables are cooked through. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with bread.
