Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 packs
- 🥩 Thinly sliced beef – 200g
- 🥬 Baby bok choy – 1 bunch
- 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste) – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🍳 Soft-boiled egg – 1 per serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear the beef in a hot pan until browned, then set aside.
- 🧄 Sauté the garlic in the same pan and stir in the gochujang paste.
- 🍲 Pour in water or broth, bring to a boil, and cook the noodles until tender.
- 🥬 Add the bok choy and beef back into the pot for the final two minutes of cooking.
- ✨ Assemble into bowls, top with a soft-boiled egg, and serve hot.
