Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa batter – 2 cups
- 🥔 Potato – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
- 💛 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- ❤️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle.
- 🥄 Spread a ladleful of dosa batter evenly to make a thin circle.
- ✨ Cook until golden brown and crisp.
- 🥔 Place the potato masala filling in the center of the dosa.
- 🔄 Fold the dosa and serve hot with chutney and sambar.
