Ingredients

  • 🌾 Kulcha – 2 pieces
  • 🌱 Nutri (Soy Chunks) – 1 cup, soaked
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – 1-2, chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🫘 Chickpea Flour (Besan) – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
  • 🧈 Butter – for serving
  • 🧂 Spices – as per taste (red chili, turmeric, garam masala)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Boil and mash the soaked nutri. Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chillies.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Mix in spices and chickpea flour.
  • 🥘 Add the mashed nutri and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • 🧈 Serve hot with kulcha and a dollop of butter.
