Ingredients
- 🌾 Kulcha – 2 pieces
- 🌱 Nutri (Soy Chunks) – 1 cup, soaked
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – 1-2, chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🫘 Chickpea Flour (Besan) – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
- 🧈 Butter – for serving
- 🧂 Spices – as per taste (red chili, turmeric, garam masala)
Instructions
- 🔥 Boil and mash the soaked nutri. Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chillies.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Mix in spices and chickpea flour.
- 🥘 Add the mashed nutri and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves.
- 🧈 Serve hot with kulcha and a dollop of butter.
