Ingredients
- 🦪 Clams – 1 kg, scrubbed
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🍾 White Wine – 1/2 cup
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
- 💧 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🖤 Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🧄 Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- 🍾 Add white wine and chili flakes, bring to a simmer.
- 🦪 Add clams, cover, and cook until they open.
- 🌿 Stir in cilantro and lemon juice.
- ✨ Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
