Ingredients

  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
  • 💧 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🖤 Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🧄 Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  • 🍾 Add white wine and chili flakes, bring to a simmer.
  • 🦪 Add clams, cover, and cook until they open.
  • 🌿 Stir in cilantro and lemon juice.
  • ✨ Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
