Ingredients
- 🥭 Alphonso Mangoes – 2 large, pureed and sliced
- 🧀 Mascarpone Cheese – 250g at room temperature
- 🍦 Heavy Cream – 1 cup, chilled for whipping
- 🍪 Ladyfinger Biscuits – 12-15 pieces
- 🍚 Powdered Sugar – 4 tbsp for sweetness
- 🥤 Mango Juice – 1/2 cup for soaking biscuits
- 🌿 Mint Leaves – for a fresh garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk mascarpone, sugar, and heavy cream until thick and fluffy peaks form.
- 🥤 Briefly dip ladyfinger biscuits into mango juice and layer them in a serving dish.
- 🥭 Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits, followed by a layer of mango puree.
- 🍰 Repeat the layers once more and top with fresh Alphonso mango slices.
- ❄️ Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set and serve chilled with mint leaves.
