Ingredients

  • 🥔 Aloo (Potatoes) – diced
  • 🟢 Matar (Green Peas) – fresh or frozen
  • 🧀 Paneer (Indian Cheese) – cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🥄 Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🌿 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute, then add tomato puree and spices.
  • 🥘 Cook until the oil separates, then add potatoes and peas. Simmer with water until potatoes are tender.
  • 🧀 Gently stir in paneer cubes and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
