Ingredients
- 🥔 Aloo (Potatoes) – diced
- 🟢 Matar (Green Peas) – fresh or frozen
- 🧀 Paneer (Indian Cheese) – cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🥄 Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🌿 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute, then add tomato puree and spices.
- 🥘 Cook until the oil separates, then add potatoes and peas. Simmer with water until potatoes are tender.
- 🧀 Gently stir in paneer cubes and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
