Ingredients

  • 🥦 Cauliflower – cut into medium florets
  • 🥔 Potatoes – peeled and cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – finely chopped or pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit lengthwise
  • 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Cumin, Garam Masala) – for seasoning
  • 🌿 Fresh Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍳 Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds with onions until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Stir in ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cooking until they soften and oil separates.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes, cauliflower, and dry spices, tossing well to coat evenly.
  • 💧 Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • ✨ Garnish with garam masala and fresh cilantro, then serve hot with roti or rice.
