Ingredients

- 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit lengthwise
- 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Cumin, Garam Masala) – for seasoning

Instructions
- 🍳 Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds with onions until golden brown.
- 🍅 Stir in ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cooking until they soften and oil separates.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, cauliflower, and dry spices, tossing well to coat evenly.
