Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
