Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
