Ingredients
- 🍝 Pasta – 200g
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, sliced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
- 🌿 Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated (optional)
Instructions
- 💧 Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- 🧄 While pasta cooks, sauté garlic in olive oil over low heat until golden.
- 🌶️ Add red pepper flakes (if using) to the garlic oil.
- 🍝 Drain pasta, reserving some pasta water. Add pasta to the garlic oil.
- 🌿 Toss with parsley and a little pasta water to create a light sauce. Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese (if using).
