Ingredients
- 🥟 Gyoza wrappers – small, round
- 🧀 Cheese – shredded (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 🫙 Oil – for cooking
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Parsley – for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 🧀 Place a small amount of cheese in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water.
- 🪙 Fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon shape and seal the edges tightly, resembling a coin.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🍳 Fry the cheese coins until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Garnish and serve hot!
