Ingredients

  • 🥟 Gyoza wrappers – small, round
  • 🧀 Cheese – shredded (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 🫙 Oil – for cooking
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌿 Parsley – for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 🧀 Place a small amount of cheese in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water.
  • 🪙 Fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon shape and seal the edges tightly, resembling a coin.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🍳 Fry the cheese coins until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Garnish and serve hot!
