Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🧀 Prepare the filling: Mix ricotta, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  • 🌼 Gently stuff zucchini flowers with the cheese mixture.
  • 🥚 Make a light batter with egg and a little flour.
  • 🥖 Dip stuffed flowers in batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
