Ingredients
- 🌼 Zucchini Flowers – fresh, gently cleaned
- 🧀 Ricotta Cheese – creamy filling
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs – basil, parsley
- 🥚 Egg – for batter
- 🥖 Breadcrumbs – for coating
- 🍋 Lemon – zest (optional)
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🧀 Prepare the filling: Mix ricotta, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- 🌼 Gently stuff zucchini flowers with the cheese mixture.
- 🥚 Make a light batter with egg and a little flour.
- 🥖 Dip stuffed flowers in batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 🔥 Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
