Ingredients
- 🌾 Glutinous Rice – 2 cups
- 🥓 Pork Belly – 500g, cubed
- 🍄 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms – 6, soaked
- 🌰 Chestnuts – 12, peeled
- 🌿 Bamboo Leaves – 12, soaked
- 🫘 Mung Beans – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- 🌾 Soak glutinous rice and mung beans for at least 4 hours.
- 🥓 Marinate pork belly with soy sauce, sugar, and spices.
- 🌿 Layer bamboo leaves, add rice, pork, mushrooms, chestnuts, and beans.
- 📦 Wrap tightly into a pyramid shape and tie with string.
- 🍲 Boil in water for about 2 hours until fully cooked.
