Ingredients
- 🍋 Yuzu juice – 1/2 cup
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 cups
- 🍚 Sugar – 3/4 cup
- ✨ Yuzu zest – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 🔥 Heat cream in a saucepan; gradually add to egg mixture.
- 🥣 Return to saucepan; cook until it coats the back of a spoon.
- 🍋 Stir in yuzu juice and zest; chill completely.
- 🥶 Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
