Ingredients

  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 cups

Instructions

  • 🥚 Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • 🔥 Heat cream in a saucepan; gradually add to egg mixture.
  • 🥣 Return to saucepan; cook until it coats the back of a spoon.
  • 🍋 Stir in yuzu juice and zest; chill completely.
