Ingredients

Instructions
- 🍆 Coat eggplant pieces with cornstarch.
- 🔥 Fry eggplant until crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and chili paste in a pan.
- 🥘 Add yu xiang sauce ingredients and simmer.
