- 🧀 Cream Cheese – 2-3 tablespoons (spreadable)
- 🧂 Spices – Cumin, turmeric, salt, and black pepper
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies in oil until fragrant and soft.
- 🍅 Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices, cooking until the tomatoes break down into a thick sauce.
- 🥚 Pour in the eggs and scramble them gently until fully cooked and combined with the tomato base.
- 🧀 Spread dollops of cream cheese over the top and cover the pan for a minute until the cheese melts.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately with warm Yemeni bread or pita.
