Ingredients

  • 🐟 Turbot fillets – 2
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1 (sliced)
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs – dill, parsley
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 🧈 Melt butter with garlic and herbs.
  • 🐟 Place turbot on baking sheet, drizzle with butter mixture, add lemon slices.
  • ⏲️ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
