Ingredients
- 🐟 Turbot fillets – 2
- 🍋 Lemon – 1 (sliced)
- 🌿 Fresh herbs – dill, parsley
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🧈 Melt butter with garlic and herbs.
- 🐟 Place turbot on baking sheet, drizzle with butter mixture, add lemon slices.
- ⏲️ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
