Ingredients

- 🥛 Milk – whole milk recommended
- 🍦 Heavy Cream – for richness
- 🥃 Whiskey – your favorite brand
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – for a smooth texture
- 🍬 Sugar – granulated
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat milk and cream in a saucepan; do not boil.
- 🍫 Melt chocolate into the warm cream mixture.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🥃 Temper the egg mixture with the chocolate cream, then add whiskey.
- ❄️ Churn in an ice cream maker until gelato consistency is achieved. Freeze for a few hours to firm up.
