Ingredients
- 🌰 Water chestnuts – chopped
- 🌽 Corn kernels – fresh or frozen
- 🌿 Fresh basil – chopped
- 🥟 Dimsum wrappers
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🧅 Scallions – chopped
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté garlic and scallions until fragrant.
- 🌽 Add corn and water chestnuts, cook for 5 minutes.
- 🌿 Stir in basil, season with salt and pepper.
- 🥟 Fill dimsum wrappers with the mixture.
- ♨️ Steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and serve hot.
