Ingredients
- 🥩 Wagyu Tomahawk Steak – 1 large
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 2 sprigs
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Black Pepper – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🧂 Season the Wagyu Tomahawk generously with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until smoking hot.
- 🥩 Sear the steak on all sides to develop a crust (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- 🧈 Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan and baste the steak continuously for about 5-7 minutes, or until desired internal temperature is reached.
- ✨ Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
