Ingredients

  • 🥩 Wagyu Tomahawk Steak – 1 large
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 2 sprigs
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Black Pepper – to taste
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🧂 Season the Wagyu Tomahawk generously with salt and pepper.
  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until smoking hot.
  • 🥩 Sear the steak on all sides to develop a crust (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  • 🧈 Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan and baste the steak continuously for about 5-7 minutes, or until desired internal temperature is reached.
  • ✨ Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
