Ingredients
- 🥩 Wagyu beef – finely minced
- 🥖 Sourdough bread – sliced
- 🧅 Red onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, chives) – chopped
- 🥚 Egg yolk – fresh
- 🫘 Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
- 🫒 Olive oil – for drizzling
Instructions
- 🔪 Finely mince the Wagyu beef and red onion.
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine the beef, red onion, herbs, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Gently mix.
- 🍞 Toast the sourdough slices until golden brown.
- 🥚 Top each sourdough slice with a portion of the Wagyu mixture.
- ✨ Create a small well in the center and place a fresh egg yolk on top. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
