Wagyu tartare on sourdough

Ingredients

  • 🥩 Wagyu beef – finely minced
  • 🥖 Sourdough bread – sliced
  • 🧅 Red onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, chives) – chopped
  • 🥚 Egg yolk – fresh
  • 🫘 Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
  • 🫒 Olive oil – for drizzling

Instructions

  • 🔪 Finely mince the Wagyu beef and red onion.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, combine the beef, red onion, herbs, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Gently mix.
  • 🍞 Toast the sourdough slices until golden brown.
  • 🥚 Top each sourdough slice with a portion of the Wagyu mixture.
  • ✨ Create a small well in the center and place a fresh egg yolk on top. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
