Ingredients

  • 🥩 Wagyu scotch fillet – 2 steaks
  • 🌿 Fresh thyme – 2 sprigs
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • 🥩 Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  • ♨️ Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • 🧈 Add butter, thyme, and garlic to the pan, basting the steaks.
  • 🔪 Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
