Ingredients
- 🥩 Wagyu scotch fillet – 2 steaks
- 🌿 Fresh thyme – 2 sprigs
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🫒 Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 🥩 Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- ♨️ Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- 🧈 Add butter, thyme, and garlic to the pan, basting the steaks.
- 🔪 Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
