Ingredients
- 🍞 Shokupan bread – 4 slices
- 🥩 Wagyu steak – 8 oz
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🛢️ Vegetable oil – for cooking
- 🍯 Tonkatsu sauce – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥩 Season wagyu steak with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Sear steak in hot oil to desired doneness (medium-rare recommended).
- 🔪 Slice steak thinly.
- 🍞 Spread tonkatsu sauce on shokupan bread.
- 🥪 Assemble sandwich with sliced wagyu and bread. Cut crusts off and serve.
