Ingredients

  • 🍞 Shokupan bread – 4 slices
  • 🥩 Wagyu steak – 8 oz
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
  • 🛢️ Vegetable oil – for cooking
  • 🍯 Tonkatsu sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥩 Season wagyu steak with salt and pepper.
  • 🔥 Sear steak in hot oil to desired doneness (medium-rare recommended).
  • 🔪 Slice steak thinly.
  • 🍞 Spread tonkatsu sauce on shokupan bread.
  • 🥪 Assemble sandwich with sliced wagyu and bread. Cut crusts off and serve.
