Ingredients

Instructions
- 🥩 Braise veal: Simmer veal with onion, carrot, and celery in water until tender.
- ❄️ Chill veal: Let the veal cool completely in the broth, then slice thinly.
- 🐟 Prepare sauce: Blend tuna, hard-boiled eggs, capers, lemon juice, and mayonnaise until smooth.
