Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🥬 Bok choy – chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🌱 Vegetable broth – 4 cups
- 🍥 Tofu – cubed
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
- 🌶️ Soy sauce – to taste
Instructions
- 🍲 Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a pot.
- 🥕 Add carrots, onions, and mushrooms to the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- 🍥 Add tofu and bok choy to the broth and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 🍜 Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot with soy sauce.
