Ingredients

  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
  • 🥬 Bok choy – chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🌱 Vegetable broth – 4 cups
  • 🍥 Tofu – cubed
  • 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
  • 🌶️ Soy sauce – to taste

Instructions

  • 🍲 Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a pot.
  • 🥕 Add carrots, onions, and mushrooms to the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 🍥 Add tofu and bok choy to the broth and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • 🍜 Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot with soy sauce.
