Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – 200g cubed for gravy
  • 🥣 Yellow Lentils (Dal) – 1 cup washed
  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – 1 cup rinsed
  • 🌾 Wheat Flour (Atta) – 1.5 cups for rotis
  • 🥦 Mixed Veggies – 1 cup chopped
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup for raita
  • 🧅 Onion & 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Spices – Turmeric, Cumin, and Garam Masala

Instructions

  • 🥘 Pressure cook the dal with turmeric and temper with cumin and garlic.
  • 🍲 Sauté onions and tomatoes to prepare a rich paneer curry and dry mixed veg.
  • 🍚 Boil the rice until fluffy and knead a soft dough for the rotis.
  • 🫓 Roll out circles of dough and cook on a hot griddle until puffed and golden.
  • 🍽️ Arrange all components in small bowls on a large platter and serve hot.
