Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – finely chopped
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Fresh Mint & Cilantro – chopped
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and cook.
- 🍅 Add chopped vegetables and biryani masala, cook until softened.
- 🍚 Layer rice and vegetable mixture in a pot, alternating layers.
- 💧 Add water and yogurt, then simmer on low heat until rice is cooked.
- 🌿 Garnish with mint and cilantro before serving hot.
