Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
  • 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🌱 Fresh Mint & Cilantro – chopped
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and cook.
  • 🍅 Add chopped vegetables and biryani masala, cook until softened.
  • 🍚 Layer rice and vegetable mixture in a pot, alternating layers.
  • 💧 Add water and yogurt, then simmer on low heat until rice is cooked.
  • 🌿 Garnish with mint and cilantro before serving hot.
