Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes & Peas – 1 cup boiled and mashed
- 🧀 Paneer or Chana Dal – 1/2 cup crumbled or mashed for protein
- 🧂 Indian Spices – 1 tsp each of Garam Masala, Amchur, and Red Chili powder
- 🌾 Wheat Flour – 1.5 cups for the paratha dough
- 🌿 Fresh Mint & Coriander – finely chopped for aroma
- 🧈 Ghee or Oil – for shallow frying
- 🧅 Red Onion – sliced into rings for garnish
- 🟢 Green Chutney – for spreading
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine mashed vegetables with spices and herbs to form a thick kabab mixture.
- 🔥 Shape the mixture into small patties and shallow fry on a pan until crispy and golden.
- 🫓 Knead a soft dough and roll out into thin, flat circles for the parathas.
- 🍳 Cook the parathas on a hot tawa with a little ghee until they turn flaky and light brown.
- 🌯 Spread chutney on the paratha, place the kababs and onion rings inside, and roll it up tightly.
