Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes & Peas – 1 cup boiled and mashed
  • 🧀 Paneer or Chana Dal – 1/2 cup crumbled or mashed for protein
  • 🧂 Indian Spices – 1 tsp each of Garam Masala, Amchur, and Red Chili powder
  • 🌾 Wheat Flour – 1.5 cups for the paratha dough
  • 🌿 Fresh Mint & Coriander – finely chopped for aroma
  • 🧈 Ghee or Oil – for shallow frying
  • 🧅 Red Onion – sliced into rings for garnish
  • 🟢 Green Chutney – for spreading

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine mashed vegetables with spices and herbs to form a thick kabab mixture.
  • 🔥 Shape the mixture into small patties and shallow fry on a pan until crispy and golden.
  • 🫓 Knead a soft dough and roll out into thin, flat circles for the parathas.
  • 🍳 Cook the parathas on a hot tawa with a little ghee until they turn flaky and light brown.
  • 🌯 Spread chutney on the paratha, place the kababs and onion rings inside, and roll it up tightly.
