Ingredients

  • 🐟 Vanjaram Fish – 2 fillets
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🍚 Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate fish with chili powder, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, rice flour, and salt.
  • ⏳ Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • 🍳 Gently place marinated fish in the hot oil.
  • ♨️ Fry until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
