Ingredients
- 🐟 Vanjaram Fish – 2 fillets
- 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🍚 Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate fish with chili powder, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, rice flour, and salt.
- ⏳ Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
- 🍳 Gently place marinated fish in the hot oil.
- ♨️ Fry until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
