Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🍦 Heavy Cream – 1 cup
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 6 large
- 🍬 Sugar – ¾ cup
- 🌿 Vanilla Extract – 2 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat milk and cream in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- 🌡️ Temper egg mixture with warm milk mixture.
- 🥄 Cook until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
- ❄️ Chill, add vanilla, and churn in an ice cream maker.
