Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sushi rice – cooked
  • 🦪 Nori seaweed – sheets
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – julienned
  • 🍣 Imitation crab – or other filling
  • 🍶 Rice vinegar – seasoned
  • 🌱 Sesame seeds – for garnish
  • 🍣 Salmon – or tuna, sliced

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice and season with rice vinegar.
  • 🥢 Lay nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread rice evenly.
  • 🔄 Flip the nori sheet. Add fillings like avocado, cucumber and crab.
  • 🍣 Roll tightly using the bamboo mat to create a roll.
  • 🔪 Slice into bite-sized pieces. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce.
