Ingredients

  • 🌲 Pine needle tea or forest berry juice – 1 cup
  • 🍯 Honey or Maple syrup – 2 tbsp
  • 🐮 Gelatin powder – 3 tbsp (unflavored)
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp for acidity
  • 🌿 Fresh Rosemary or Mint – finely minced for earthiness

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine the forest juice and sweetener in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • 🥄 Slowly whisk in the gelatin powder until completely dissolved and smooth.
  • 🌿 Stir in the minced herbs to infuse the mixture with forest aromas.
  • 🧊 Pour the liquid into small silicone molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • ✨ Pop the firm gums out of the molds and store in a cool container.
