Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🐟 Unagi (eel) – 2 fillets, grilled
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2, beaten
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌱 Mirin – 1 tbsp
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced

Instructions

  • 🍚 Place cooked rice in a claypot.
  • 🍳 Pour beaten eggs over the rice.
  • 🐟 Arrange grilled unagi fillets on top of the rice and egg.
  • 🍄 Add sliced mushrooms.
  • 🔥 Cover and cook on low heat until the egg is set and the unagi is heated through.
  • 🧅 Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
