Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🐟 Unagi (eel) – 2 fillets, grilled
- 🥚 Eggs – 2, beaten
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Mirin – 1 tbsp
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
Instructions
- 🍚 Place cooked rice in a claypot.
- 🍳 Pour beaten eggs over the rice.
- 🐟 Arrange grilled unagi fillets on top of the rice and egg.
- 🍄 Add sliced mushrooms.
- 🔥 Cover and cook on low heat until the egg is set and the unagi is heated through.
- 🧅 Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
