Instructions

  • 🌿 Place nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
  • 🍚 Spread sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a small space at the top.
  • 🍣 Arrange sashimi, avocado, and cucumber on the rice.
  • 🌀 Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
  • 🔪 Cut the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  • 🍶 Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
