Ingredients

- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🌱 Seaweed sheets (Nori) – 2 sheets
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving
- 🍥 Pickled ginger (Gari) – for serving
Instructions
- 🍙 Prepare sushi rice and let it cool slightly.
- 🔪 Slice sashimi, avocado, and cucumber into desired shapes.
- 🌿 Place nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
- 🍚 Spread sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a small space at the top.
- 🍣 Arrange sashimi, avocado, and cucumber on the rice.
- 🌀 Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
- 🔪 Cut the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- 🍶 Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
