Ingredients
- 🫘 Chickpeas – 1 can, drained
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
- 🥄 Tahini – 1/4 cup
- 💧 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Paprika – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, and salt in a food processor.
- ⚙️ Process until smooth, adding olive oil and water gradually to reach desired consistency.
- 🥄 Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- 🍽️ Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika.
- 🥖 Serve with pita bread or vegetables for dipping.
