Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice paper – for wrapping
  • 🥬 Lettuce – fresh leaves
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🌿 Mint – fresh leaves
  • 🍤 Shrimp – cooked (optional)
  • 🐷 Pork (TungThit) – thinly sliced

Instructions

  • 💦 Dip rice paper in warm water until pliable.
  • 🥬 Lay rice paper flat and add lettuce, carrots, cucumber, mint, and pork.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp if desired.
  • 🌯 Fold sides and roll tightly to form a spring roll.
  • 🥜 Serve immediately with peanut sauce or dipping sauce.
