Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice paper – for wrapping
- 🥬 Lettuce – fresh leaves
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🌿 Mint – fresh leaves
- 🍤 Shrimp – cooked (optional)
- 🐷 Pork (TungThit) – thinly sliced
Instructions
- 💦 Dip rice paper in warm water until pliable.
- 🥬 Lay rice paper flat and add lettuce, carrots, cucumber, mint, and pork.
- 🍤 Add shrimp if desired.
- 🌯 Fold sides and roll tightly to form a spring roll.
- 🥜 Serve immediately with peanut sauce or dipping sauce.
