Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 1 cup
- 🐟 Tuna steak – 4 oz, seared or raw
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🥒 Cucumber – sliced
- 🌿 Seaweed – nori strips
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for drizzling
- 🌶️ Spicy mayo – optional
Instructions
- 🍚 Place cooked rice in a bowl.
- 🐟 Add tuna (seared or raw) on top of the rice.
- 🥑 Arrange avocado and cucumber slices around the tuna.
- 🌿 Garnish with seaweed strips.
