Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 1 cup
  • 🐟 Tuna steak – 4 oz, seared or raw
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – sliced
  • 🌿 Seaweed – nori strips
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for drizzling
  • 🌶️ Spicy mayo – optional

Instructions

  • 🍚 Place cooked rice in a bowl.
  • 🐟 Add tuna (seared or raw) on top of the rice.
  • 🥑 Arrange avocado and cucumber slices around the tuna.
  • 🌿 Garnish with seaweed strips.
