Ingredients
- 🍝 Macaroni pasta – 1 lb
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 2 cups shredded
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🍄 Truffle oil – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 끓 Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- 🧀 In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
- 🔥 Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Add truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
- 🍝 Drain macaroni and add it to the cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
