Ingredients
- 🧀 Gruyere Cheese – 8 oz, grated
- 🧀 Emmental Cheese – 8 oz, grated
- 🥛 Dry White Wine – 1 cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 🍄 Truffle Oil – 1 tbsp
- 🥖 Crusty Bread – for dipping
Instructions
- 🔥 Rub the fondue pot with garlic.
- 🍷 Heat white wine in the pot over medium heat, do not boil.
- 🧀 Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- 🍄 Stir in truffle oil.
- 🥖 Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
