Ingredients

  • 🧀 Gruyere Cheese – 8 oz, grated
  • 🧀 Emmental Cheese – 8 oz, grated
  • 🥛 Dry White Wine – 1 cup
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 🍄 Truffle Oil – 1 tbsp
  • 🥖 Crusty Bread – for dipping

Instructions

  • 🔥 Rub the fondue pot with garlic.
  • 🍷 Heat white wine in the pot over medium heat, do not boil.
  • 🧀 Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  • 🍄 Stir in truffle oil.
  • 🥖 Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
