Ingredients
- 🐟 Trout fillets – 2
- 🍋 Lemon – 1 (sliced)
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat skillet on medium.
- 🐟 Season trout fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- 🧈 Melt butter in the skillet or baking dish.
- 🍋 Place trout in skillet/dish, top with lemon slices and herbs.
- ⏲️ Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until fish is flaky and cooked through.
