Ingredients

  • 🐟 Trout fillets – 2
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1 (sliced)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat skillet on medium.
  • 🐟 Season trout fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • 🧈 Melt butter in the skillet or baking dish.
  • 🍋 Place trout in skillet/dish, top with lemon slices and herbs.
