Triple Chocolate Kunafa

Ingredients
- ๐งถ Kataifi pastry โ 250g, finely shredded
- ๐ง Butter โ 100g, melted
- ๐ซ Dark & Milk Chocolate โ 1 cup, chopped for the center
- ๐ฅ White Chocolate โ 50g, melted for drizzling
- ๐ฏ Sugar Syrup โ 1/2 cup, for soaking
Instructions
- ๐ช Shred the kataifi dough into small pieces and mix thoroughly with melted butter until coated.
- ๐ณ Press half of the buttery dough into a pan, create a layer of dark and milk chocolate, and cover with the remaining dough.
- ๐ฅ Cook on low heat in a pan or bake in the oven until the pastry is golden and crispy on both sides.
- ๐ง Immediately pour warm sugar syrup over the hot kunafa to allow it to soak in.
- ๐จ Drizzle with melted white chocolate and serve warm to ensure a gooey, melted chocolate center.
