Ingredients

  • ๐Ÿงถ Kataifi pastry โ€“ 250g, finely shredded
  • ๐Ÿงˆ Butter โ€“ 100g, melted
  • ๐Ÿซ Dark & Milk Chocolate โ€“ 1 cup, chopped for the center
  • ๐Ÿฅ› White Chocolate โ€“ 50g, melted for drizzling
  • ๐Ÿฏ Sugar Syrup โ€“ 1/2 cup, for soaking

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿ”ช Shred the kataifi dough into small pieces and mix thoroughly with melted butter until coated.
  • ๐Ÿณ Press half of the buttery dough into a pan, create a layer of dark and milk chocolate, and cover with the remaining dough.
  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Cook on low heat in a pan or bake in the oven until the pastry is golden and crispy on both sides.
  • ๐Ÿ’ง Immediately pour warm sugar syrup over the hot kunafa to allow it to soak in.
  • ๐ŸŽจ Drizzle with melted white chocolate and serve warm to ensure a gooey, melted chocolate center.
