Ingredients
- 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
- 🐟 Fresh Fish (Tuna, Salmon) – sliced
- 🥬 Nori Seaweed – sheets
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🥢 Soy Sauce – for serving
- 🍣 Wasabi – a small amount
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice and let it cool slightly.
- 🔪 Slice fish, cucumber, and avocado into thin strips.
- 🥬 Place nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread rice evenly.
- 🍣 Add fish, cucumber, and avocado on top of the rice.
- 🥢 Roll tightly using the mat. Slice into bite-sized pieces. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
