Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned

  • 🥬 Nori Seaweed – sheets
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥢 Soy Sauce – for serving
  • 🍣 Wasabi – a small amount

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice and let it cool slightly.
  • 🔪 Slice fish, cucumber, and avocado into thin strips.
  • 🥬 Place nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread rice evenly.
  • 🍣 Add fish, cucumber, and avocado on top of the rice.
  • 🥢 Roll tightly using the mat. Slice into bite-sized pieces. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
