Ingredients
- π« Tortelloni β 1 package
- π₯© Beef Mignon β 6 oz, cubed
- π Mushrooms β 1 cup, sliced
- π§ Onion β Β½ cup, chopped
- πΏ Fresh Herbs β Parsley, thyme
- π§ Parmesan Cheese β For garnish
- π§ Butter β 2 tbsp
- π· Red Wine β ΒΌ cup (optional)
Instructions
- π§ Cook tortelloni according to package directions.
- π₯ In a pan, melt butter and sautΓ© onions until translucent.
- π₯© Add beef mignon cubes and brown on all sides.
- π Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- π· Deglaze the pan with red wine (optional).
- π Toss the cooked tortelloni with the beef and mushroom mixture. Garnish with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot! β¨
