Ingredients

- 🥔 Potato starch – for coating
- 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
- 🌡️ Heat oil to 325°F (160°C).
- 🍗 Coat marinated chicken with potato starch.
