Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
  • 🌡️ Heat oil to 325°F (160°C).
  • 🍗 Coat marinated chicken with potato starch.
  • 🔥 Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
