Ingredients
- ð Ramen noodles â 2 portions
- ð· Pork bones â 2 lbs
- ð§ Water â 12 cups
- ð§ Onion â 1, quartered
- ð§ Garlic â 4 cloves, crushed
- ð Dried shiitake mushrooms â 4
- ðĨ Narutomaki â sliced
- ðŋ Green onions â chopped
- ðĨ Soft boiled eggs â 2, halved
- ðĨ Chashu pork â sliced
Instructions
- ðĶī Prepare the broth by simmering pork bones, onion, garlic, and shiitake mushrooms in water for several hours.
- ð Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
- ðĨĢ Strain the broth and season to taste with salt and soy sauce.
- ðĨ Assemble the ramen: noodles, broth, chashu pork, soft boiled egg, narutomaki, and green onions in a bowl.
