Ingredients
- 🍅 Tomatoes – canned or fresh, chopped
- 🥛 Milk/Cream – for creaminess
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥣 Protein Powder – unflavored
- 🌿 Herbs – basil, oregano
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until softened.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
- 💧 Add broth or water and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🥣 Blend soup until smooth, then stir in protein powder and milk/cream.
