Ingredients
- 🍋 Lemongrass – 2 stalks, bruised
- 🌿 Galangal – 4 slices
- 🌶️ Chili peppers – 2-3, chopped
- 🍄 Mushrooms – 1 cup, sliced
- 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves – 4-5
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Lime juice – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍲 Boil broth with lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves.
- 🌶️ Add chili peppers and mushrooms, simmer for 5 minutes.
- 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- 🐟 Stir in fish sauce and lime juice.
- 🥣 Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
