Ingredients

  • 🍋 Lemongrass – 2 stalks, bruised
  • 🌿 Galangal – 4 slices
  • 🌶️ Chili peppers – 2-3, chopped
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 1 cup, sliced
  • 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves – 4-5
  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 Lime juice – 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍲 Boil broth with lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves.
  • 🌶️ Add chili peppers and mushrooms, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  • 🐟 Stir in fish sauce and lime juice.
  • 🥣 Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
