Ingredients

  • 🥟 Dim sum wrappers – 24
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
  • 🌿 Lemongrass – 2 stalks
  • 🌶️ Galangal – thinly sliced
  • 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves – 4
  • 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lime juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🌱 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté mushrooms, lemongrass, galangal, and lime leaves in a pan.
  • 🥥 Add coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  • 🥣 Strain the broth and season with fish sauce and lime juice.
  • 🥟 Fill dim sum wrappers with the mushroom mixture, seal, and steam until cooked.
  • 🌿 Serve the dim sums with the Tom Kha broth and garnish with cilantro.
