Ingredients
- 🥟 Dim sum wrappers – 24
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🌿 Lemongrass – 2 stalks
- 🌶️ Galangal – thinly sliced
- 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves – 4
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lime juice – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté mushrooms, lemongrass, galangal, and lime leaves in a pan.
- 🥥 Add coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- 🥣 Strain the broth and season with fish sauce and lime juice.
- 🥟 Fill dim sum wrappers with the mushroom mixture, seal, and steam until cooked.
- 🌿 Serve the dim sums with the Tom Kha broth and garnish with cilantro.
