Ingredients

  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 400ml
  • 🐔 Chicken – 200g, sliced
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 100g, sliced
  • 🌿 Galangal – 2-3 slices
  • 🍋 Lemongrass – 2 stalks
  • 🍃 Kaffir Lime Leaves – 3-4 leaves
  • 🌶️ Chili – 1-2, sliced (optional)
  • 🐟 Fish Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lime Juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Simmer coconut milk in a pot with galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
  • 🐔 Add chicken and mushrooms; cook until chicken is done.
  • 🌶️ Stir in fish sauce and chili (if using).
  • 🍋 Remove from heat, stir in lime juice.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
