Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 400ml
- 🐔 Chicken – 200g, sliced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – 100g, sliced
- 🌿 Galangal – 2-3 slices
- 🍋 Lemongrass – 2 stalks
- 🍃 Kaffir Lime Leaves – 3-4 leaves
- 🌶️ Chili – 1-2, sliced (optional)
- 🐟 Fish Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lime Juice – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Simmer coconut milk in a pot with galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
- 🐔 Add chicken and mushrooms; cook until chicken is done.
- 🌶️ Stir in fish sauce and chili (if using).
- 🍋 Remove from heat, stir in lime juice.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
