Ingredients
- 🫘 Besan (gram flour) – 1 cup
- 💛 Tofu – 1 block, crumbled
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander – chopped
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander powder) – to taste
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare besan batter with water and spices.
- 🍳 Sauté tofu with onions, chilies, and spices for the filling.
- 🔥 Heat a pan, pour batter and spread into a thin circle.
- ⭐ Cook until golden brown, then flip. Add tofu filling to one half.
- ✨ Fold the chilla over the filling. Cook until golden and serve hot.
