Ingredients

  • 🫘 Besan (gram flour) – 1 cup
  • 💛 Tofu – 1 block, crumbled
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander – chopped
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander powder) – to taste
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🛢️ Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare besan batter with water and spices.
  • 🍳 Sauté tofu with onions, chilies, and spices for the filling.
  • 🔥 Heat a pan, pour batter and spread into a thin circle.
  • ⭐ Cook until golden brown, then flip. Add tofu filling to one half.
  • ✨ Fold the chilla over the filling. Cook until golden and serve hot.
